Try out this simple, fancy recipe this weekend!
You know that urge when you see boflot, hot from the oil, draining off in the colander and you look around, trying to find reasons to resist the temptation building up to buy…1. No! Boflot not healthy 2.That heap of rubbish (miles away) is too close. 3.Where would I eat it? and all this time, your mind is equally trying to remember where last you saw a tissue (to drain off the oil). Just saying, the pleasure of biting into the outer crunch and feeling the warm moist inside melt against the roof of your mouth, is worth experiencing every once in a while.
even boflot sef…no be your CO-EQUAL
My friend Antoinette (Ndudu Creative Cooking) shared this revamped recipe with us. I’m delighted that I get to taste chocolate and perhaps some groundnut sprinkles. Seen the recipe yet? Try it out..you might need to surprise that guest sooner than you think.
I have every intention of asking Amaria (the koko seller across my street) to try it. I can imagine her response but let’s not be presumptuous, I’ll tell you what she says 😉
